Delivery Information:
At our web store, we take pride in delivering your personalized giclée prints to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the world*.
Order Process and Delivery Timeframe:
Each of our products is personalized and printed on demand, ensuring that every piece is tailored to your exact specifications.
Here’s how the order process works:
- After placing your order, you will receive a personalized design for approval within 48 hours (on business days).
- You have 7 days to approve the design or send us any feedback.
- If you send feedback, we will make the necessary adjustments and send the revised design for approval.
- If you neither approve the design nor provide feedback within 7 days, your order will be considered canceled, and we will refund your payment.
- If you approve the design, we will begin producing the physical version of your artwork. This process will take up to 7 business days.
- Once the physical product is ready, we will ship it immediately. Delivery times may vary depending on your location in Europe, typically ranging from 2 to 5 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to a maximum of 14 business days.
Rest assured, we are committed to keeping the delivery time as short as possible.
Delivery Costs:
The shipping cost depends on whether the artwork is framed, stretched on a stretcher, or unframed and rolled. Our goal is to offer the lowest possible delivery price, but due to geographical location, Malta and Cyprus have a different pricing structure compared to the rest of Europe.

Exchanges and returns
Before any product is printed, the personalized design is sent to the customer for approval. At this stage, you can make any changes—such as modifying the text, font, or text placement — or even remove the text entirely. You also have the option to cancel your order at any time before approving the design. In such cases, we will promptly refund any payment made.
However, once the design is approved and sent to print, the product is considered personalized and cannot be returned or canceled. Since all of our products are customized to each customer’s specifications — including custom text or the choice of framing — they are not eligible for returns after this stage.
We recognize that issues may still arise during the delivery process.
Damaged Shipments:
Upon receiving your delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged, please request that the courier fill out a damage report (damage protocol). Additionally, take photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product and send both the damage report and photos to our customer support team.
Our shipments are insured, and in the event of damage during transit, you have the following options:
- You can receive a refund for the damaged item.
- Alternatively, you may opt to receive a replacement for the same product.
